If you have any questions or need quotes for operating system upgrades, please contact us at 800.465.5127. Listed below is a quick look at the software and hardware we no longer support. 

1. IBM Software no longer supported: OS/400 V4R5 and OS/400 V5R1 support ends 09/30/2005
2. ITP has been replaced by Document Services
3. Windows ME is no longer supported nor any operating system labeled "Home Edition"
4. As of March 1, 2004, we no longer support pc's with Windows 98 operating systems. We strongly urge you to upgrade to either Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional due to the increasing demands of third party software and new technology.
5. Please check existing memory on all pc's. We recommend upgrading this as well to at least 256MB RAM.
6. Most current version of IBM software and RVI software SUPPORTED IBM OS/400 V5R2 released /-30/2002
   IBM OS/400 V5R3 released 6/11/2004
   RVI Versions 6.0 and 7.0
