NET Data is committed to serving our customers business needs. If you have questions concerning your software application you purchase please contact our Customer Support Team at (800) 465-5127. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Customer Support. The Customer Support Team is committed to satisfying all of our customers business needs. When you call NET Data you talk to a "live" person, there is no voice mail system. Each call taken by a customer support representative is logged in our message system for documentation purposes. If a customer leaves a message for one of the Customer Support Team members that message is logged in as well and is tracked for call back time. Customer Support Team returns phone calls within 2 hours.

With software maintenance software applications are updated throughout the year. Customers have access to all program enhancements, corrective updates to the programs free of charge, customer support has the ability to "dial in" and fix problems electronically. Another advantage the software maintenance provides is that NET Data is obligated to change the software to coincide with all legislative changes that may occur within the term of the contract.  The maintenance and/or warranty of hardware equipment is maintained by the manufacturer of the equipment purchased. Hardware maintenance contracts for IBM products are available through NET Data. 

NET Data hosts an annual User's Conference in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  The User's Conference has been a huge success over the last 15 years. The conference is used to display our new products and new enhancements to existing software applications.  It is also a good time for customers to converse over software applications and brainstorm on what they would like to see changed or added for the following year. 


Statement of Guarantee

NET Data guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.
