payment type on all child support cases

There are many reporting features in the system that
help the user manage child support cases. The collection
register is used as the main daily balancing tool for
computing the end of the day balances. It tracks all
monies collected and deposited. It also breaks down
the type of payment received whether it be cash or check.
Another reporting feature is the Attorney General Collections
report. This feature allows the user to be able to be
online with the Attorney General's office when using
the NET Data Child Support System. This report produces
a list of all payments that were electronically transferred
to the Attorney General's office.
Monthly bank reconciliation statement reporting becomes
a much easier process when using the Child Support System.
Other reporting features include alphabetical listing
of payers, listing of all cases by employer, and case
history.
The Child Support System also has the ability to interface
with several Voice Response Systems, allowing the receiver
of the payment to call an automated system to obtain
information about the last payment made including the
date and amount. The system is available 24 hours a
day.
