Constable Process Tracking

The Constable Process Tracking application provides an online criminal history search that includes information from the Sheriff’s office, Justice of the Peace, County and District Attorney’s and County and District Clerks’ offices.

Records may be accessed by:

  • Defendant
  • Defendant address
  • Plaintiff
  • Case number
  • PID number
  • Warrant number

Application Features Include:

  • Tracks date civil documents were served, received and returned
  • Tracks pending court documents
  • Tracks fees due and collected
  • Prints receipts
  • Racial profiling entry and reporting
  • Reports active warrant list
  • Reports warrants cleared by arrest
  • Information can be accessed through any given date range
  • Warrant file maintains all information related to a warrant received
  • Attorney General Service Reimbursement Reporting
  • Transfers civil papers issued from the Justice of the Peace Office

The warrant file maintains all information related to a warrant received. Name or warrant number with an option to include only warrants that have not been served can also be used to access records. With this system, the user has the ability to transfer warrants issued from their precinct's Justice of the Peace office.
