Our Records Indexing application presents the provisions to reference, update, and/or add the following records:

User-defined codes reduce duplication efforts and help speed the process of inputting new records as well as maintaining existing records. Users are able to access all records at the touch of a button. No more exiting programs to search for different records.
Reports are available for Property Records, Death Records, Birth Records, Marriage Records, Military Records and Other Records.
The Indexing Receipting Program is designed to calculate fees, assign volume/page numbers, assign clerk/instrument numbers, print receipts, and keep balancing totals of monies received for records in the County Clerk's office.
Reports available for Receipting include: Display/Print User Totals, Display/Print Transactions, Auditors Report, Collection Report, Escrow Report, and option to Print Escrow Statements.
