Justice of the Peace Software Application allows you to manage fee collections while assisting you with your criminal and civil case workload. Information regarding Civil and Criminal Court dockets, Small Claims Court dockets, Administration Hearings, and Bail Settings can be entered into the system to track and maintain. Defendant, Plaintiff, Case Number, Personal Identification Description (PID), Driver's License number, and ticket number are ways users can access records.

In the Collection Maintenance feature of the software, State fees are automatically broken down, distributed and posted. The system also tracks payment history and partial payments made. Jail time credit, community service and direct deposit are also easily tracked using the software. The user can also run GASB-34 reports required by the County Auditor.

Warrant Maintenance gives the ability to automatically file and maintain needed FTA or Violate Promise to Appear cases along with adding necessary collectible information in the FTA/Violate Promise to Appear and the original case. The system allows users to print a list of complaints for those cases as well. The user is also able to print a list of case eligible for Violator Compacts (NRVC). The system allows the user to transfer cases to the Omnibase System.
