customer support and programming team are committed
to satisfying all of your business needs.
With software maintenance, customers have
access to our Customer Support team, receive all new
enhancements to software applications as well as any
new legislative changes that may occur throughout the
year. The support team has the ability to dial into
your computer system and fix any difficulties you may
be experiencing.
Pre-installation planning is key to a
successful install. Change can be difficult, but with
product assurance meetings and pre-installation planning,
change is made easier. When you join the NET Data team,
our staff travels to your location and reviews the process
of hardware equipment, software installs and training.
Each county is unique, therefore meetings of this nature
give the customer another chance to better understand
the software application and equipment installation
procedures.
Training is always available! Whether
it is on-site or at our corporate office in Sulphur
Springs, our Customer Support Team is ready to make
your day-to-day activities easier. Any additional training
customers desire once the application is installed,
is free of charge when they travel to our corporate
location in Sulphur Springs. This serves as a good way
to train new employees in your office or to refresh
those skills of veteran employees.
Summer courses are also available at our
corporate office. Courses not only include all software
application sessions, but also courses for IT departments
such as IBM Query and IBM iSeries System Operations
Basic courses.
NET Data hosts a User’s Conference
in the Dallas/Forth Worth area each year. Hosted
in the spring, the conference is used to display new products
and new enhancements to existing software applications.
This conference also serves as a good time for customers
to converse over software applications and brainstorm
on what they would like to see changed or added for
the following year.
